WHO director makes demand for a worldwide pandemic treaty to prepare for this theoretical disease

Jan 29, 2024

The global elites will use any crisis to try and force their one-world socialist agenda on the world.

And it turns out they will even use hypothetical and made-up catastrophes as well.

That’s why the WHO director just made the demand for a worldwide pandemic treaty to prepare for this theoretical disease.

The head of the World Health Organization (WHO) is calling on the nations of the world to sign the globalist health organization’s pandemic treaty.

Preparing for an undesignated and theoretical disease

The urgency from the WHO director is to get prepared for “Disease X,” an undesignated term for a theoretical future pandemic that the UN says could be more deadly than anything the world has ever faced.

WHO Director-General Tedros Ghebreyesus spoke at the recent World Economic Forum in Davos, where he said he hoped nations around the globe would reach a pandemic agreement by May to address a future danger.

Some scientists have begun claiming that “Disease X” could be up to 20 times more deadly than the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ghebreyesus explained that COVID-19 was the first Disease X, and that it is vital for countries around the world to be better prepared for the next one that comes around.

The WHO added that the “Disease X” moniker “represents the knowledge that a serious international epidemic could be caused by a pathogen currently unknown to cause human disease.”

In fact, in 2018, the WHO added “Disease X” to its list of priority diseases and pathogens WHO would specifically target for more research.

The plan includes further research into diseases such as Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and Ebola, and its stated goal is to “fast-track the availability of effective tests, vaccines and medicines” that could save lives during a serious health emergency.

“There are things that are unknown that may happen, and anything happening is a matter of when, not if, so we need to have a placeholder for that, for the diseases we don’t know,” Ghebreyesus said.

Just sign a treaty to fix everything

“We lost many people [during COVID] because we couldn’t manage them,” Ghebreyesus added. “They could have been saved, but there was no space. There was not enough oxygen. So how can you have a system that can expand when the need comes?”

Ghebreyesus then went on to claim that the best way to prepare for such a theoretical event is to get a treaty drafted that countries can sign.

“The pandemic agreement can bring all the experience, all the challenges that we have faced, and all the solutions into one,” Ghebreyesus said. “That agreement can help us to prepare for the future in a better way.”

“This is a common global interest, and very narrow national interests should not come into the way.”

So far it is uncertain how many countries plan to sign the WHO’s treaty, or just what individual rights will be put at risk with the treaty.

Once again, the UN is determined to destroy individual liberty – and this time it’s for a hypothetical disease.
