Subway is refreshing its menu for spring with these delicious additions

Subway is continuing to expand its menu after the chain’s Eat Fresh, Refresh overhaul.

Now more changes are on the way that are sure to draw fans in.

And Subway is refreshing its menu for spring with these delicious additions.

Subway keeps adding to its menu for spring

Subway underwent one of the most aggressive menu overhauls in fast food history with the creation of its Subway Series of signature subs in 2022.

The chain is continuing to expand its menu to give hungry customers more options this spring.

For the first time in four years, Honey Oat Bread is back on the menu after popular demand.

The multigrain bread covered with Subway’s signature honey oat topping blends sweet and earthy flavors to create the perfect sandwich.

Also coming back after a hiatus is the chain’s creamy sriracha sauce, which brings the heat.

It will become a permanent addition to the menu with sauces like MVP Parmesan Vinaigrette and Roasted Garlic Aioli.

Subway also announced that it would exclusively carry the new Miss Vickie’s Kettle Cooked Baja Chipotle Potato Chips based on the flavor of the chain’s famous Baja Chipotle sauce.

The Frito-Lay’s branded chips are the latest result of the growing relationship between Subway and PepsiCo- Frito-Lay’s parent company.

Earlier this year, the chain announced that it signed a 10-year deal to switch from Coke to Pepsi in all of its stores starting on January 1 next year.

“These latest upgrades to Subway’s menu will delight any sandwich lover craving something with bold and unique flavor, whether it’s light and sweet or bringing the heat,” Senior Vice President of Culinary and Innovation at Subway Paul Fabre said in a press release. “While our fans know and love our Honey Oat Bread and Creamy Sriracha sauce, I can’t wait for them to see how we reimagined our signature Baja Chipotle Sauce in our partnership with Miss Vickie’s.”

Subway rolling out a new line of wraps

At the beginning of April, Subway announced that it was making a big change by adding four new wraps to its menu.

The chain added its first new bread option in three years to make them, Middle Eastern lavash bread.

Subway says that the lavash-inspired bread has more protein than a traditional tortilla and features a “soft and bubbly” texture.

Fans can choose from the Cali Caprese, Turkey, Bacon and Avocado, Honey Mustard Chicken, or the Homestyle Chicken Salad.

“Wraps have become an afterthought on restaurant menus with uninspiring choices and snack-size portions that leave you wanting more,” Fabre said. “That insight kickstarted the process of revamping Subway’s wraps. We spent over a year creating signature recipes with unique ingredients that bring out the best in our new lavash-style flatbread, and also fuel you up without weighing you down.”

After struggling in recent years, the fast-food franchise is turning things around under new CEO John Chidsey.

And as part of that turnaround, Subway is continuing to update its menu with new additions and the return of fan favorites.
