Megyn Kelly revealed one crucial mistake that could hand Donald Trump the election

Democrats are going full steam ahead with lawfare against Donald Trump.

They are banking on the justice system taking him down.

And Megyn Kelly revealed one crucial mistake that could hand Donald Trump the election.

Democrats continue to push the envelope with their frivolous lawsuits against former President Donald Trump.

A New York jury awarded magazine columnist E. Jean Carroll a staggering $83.3 million – three times what her legal team was asking for – in a defamation lawsuit against Trump.

Carroll took a victory lap after the judgment by appearing on MSNBC for an interview with Rachel Maddow, flanked by her attorneys.

Carroll took a jaw-dropping victory lap

The columnist celebrated like she won the Super Bowl and offered to buy Maddow a penthouse in France and take her on a shopping spree.

“You’ve talked about using some of Trump’s money that you’re about to get to help shore up women’s rights. Do you know what that might be? What that might look like?” Maddow asked Carroll.

“Yes, Rachel! Yes! I have such, such great ideas for all the good I’m gonna do with this money,” a giddy Carroll said. “First thing, Rachel, you and I are going to go shopping.”

One of her lawyers who appeared with her nervously said, “That’s a joke.”

Former Fox News host Megyn Kelly reacted to a clip of Carroll’s interview with Maddow on social media by pointing out the damage it did.

“This is the kind of clip that could win Trump the election,” Kelly wrote.

Carroll’s celebratory appearance on MSNBC only added to the notion that her civil lawsuits were part of a partisan witch hunt designed to hurt Trump’s chances in the election.

Kelly ripped Carroll on her SiriusXM show by calling the interview “stomach-turning.”

“The joy which with– with which they are celebrating this absurd verdict is stomach-turning,” Kelly said, reacting to the interview. “They know it’s not fair. They know it’s ridiculous. It’s way above what even the lawyer had asked for.”

One of Carroll’s attorneys, Roberta Kaplan, closed up shop for the Times Up non-profit associated with the Me Too movement after she tried to discredit women who accused former New York Democrat Governor Andrew Cuomo of sexual harassment.

“She’s the one who effed the women when she worked for Time’s Up, when Andrew Cuomo was the one in trouble,” Kelly explained. “She’s one of the ones who felt, when faced with the question of ‘Mhmhm, it’s a Democrat who’s been accused. What should I do?’ She decided to side with the Democrat and sold the women up the river, thus resulting in the closure of Time’s Up. So she can spare me, as they sit there talking about what champions they all are of women’s rights.”

“When it was a Democrat who was allegedly hurting the women, they had no time for them!” Kelly exclaimed.

The Carroll case is a part of the ongoing lawfare Democrats are waging against Trump.

Based on Trump’s strength in the polls against President Joe Biden, many voters can see that these cases are clearly part of a witch hunt.
