John Kennedy uttered three words about a Biden nominee that caused Democrats to lose it

The clock is ticking on Joe Biden’s first term in office.

Now he’s trying to install as many left-wing activists on the federal courts as possible.

And John Kennedy uttered three words about a Biden nominee that caused Democrats to lose it.

President Joe Biden nominated United States District Judge Nancy Maldonado for a spot on the Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.

But Maldonado is a political hack masquerading as a judge.

John Kennedy dismantles Biden judicial nominee

Maldonado was put on the spot during her Senate Judiciary Committee confirmation hearing about her prior left-wing activism by U.S. Senator John Kennedy (R-LA).

She filed an amicus brief with the Illinois Supreme Court for a gun control group that called on the justices to uphold Chicago’s assault weapons ban.

And Kennedy decided to put her on the spot about coming out in favor of restricting Americans’ Second Amendment rights.

“You said, ‘assault weapons may be banned because they’re extraordinarily dangerous and are not appropriate for legitimate self-defense purposes,’” Kennedy said. “Tell me what you meant by assault weapons.”

“Just to clarify there, I was local counsel,” Maldonado responded.

Kennedy informed her that she signed the brief and pressed her again on the definition.

“When you sign a brief you’re testifying to the court that everything in is true, right,” Kennedy remarked.

“Yes,” Maldonado replied. “And I –“

“They’re your words in terms of the court,” Kennedy interjected.

“Well, I, you’re correct,” Maldonado sputtered.

“Tell me what you meant by assault weapons,” Kennedy said.

“I am not a gun expert,” Maldonado replied.

She wants to ban assault weapons and she can’t even define them.

Biden judicial nominees aren’t qualified to judge a pie eating contest

Kennedy appeared on Newsmax where he broke down his smackdown of Maldonado.

Host Eric Bolling asked him about the back and forth and if it “torpedoed” her nomination.

“For a judge not to understand if you sign a document, it doesn’t matter who produced it, you’re attesting to its validity and your own belief in it,” Bolling said.

“Yes, and she should be torpedoed but that doesn’t mean she will be,” Kennedy replied. “Most of my Democratic colleagues who are paying attention understand that some, you might even say many, of President Biden’s appointees aren’t qualified to judge a pie contest.”

“But that doesn’t mean they’re going to vote against them because Senator Schumer has tight control over Democrats in the Senate,” Kennedy continued. “If Senator Schumer told his Democratic Senators to join the Taliban, they’d say ‘Where’s the line, Chuck, we’ll do whatever you say.’”

Joe Biden is trying to install far-left ideologues on the federal courts.
