Jeffrey Epstein victims are suing the FBI and accusing them of enabling sex trafficking by doing this one thing

Many Americans believe the DOJ and FBI are covering up Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking crimes.

Especially the victims of Epstein’s disgusting sex ring.

Now a number of Jeffrey Epstein victims are suing the FBI and accusing them of enabling sex trafficking by doing this one thing.

A dozen anonymous Jeffrey Epstein victims recently filed a lawsuit against the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Enabling and covering up Epstein’s crimes

The suit accuses the FBI of a cover-up and of enabling Epstein’s sex trafficking operations, according to Reuters.

The women who filed the lawsuit claim the FBI actively attempted to cover up its failure to investigate allegations made against Epstein through the years.

The lawsuit also states that the agency’s inaction enabled Epstein to continue committing sex trafficking crimes for over two decades.

According to the women, the FBI received multiple tips about Epstein’s criminal activity as early as 1996.

But, the lawsuit says, they failed to interview the alleged victims or notify other law enforcement agencies of the tips.

The complaint stated the bureau did not even open an investigation into Epstein until 2006 and then abruptly ended its probe just two years later.

The closure of the federal investigation happened after Epstein pled guilty to a prostitution charge in Florida, for which he served only 18 months in prison.

And the FBI continued to receive numerous tips that Epstein was involved in sex trafficking that ultimately went ignored, according to the lawsuit.

Too little, too late

Epstein was finally arrested in 2019 but then died months later under bizarre circumstances while in custody.

That meant Epstein was free to traffic women, run a sex ring, and destroy countless lives for more than two decades.

All because the FBI sat on its hands.

“As a direct and proximate cause of the FBI’s negligence, plaintiffs would not have been continued to be sex trafficked, abused, raped, tortured and threatened,” the lawsuit stated. “Jane Does 1-12 bring this lawsuit to get to the bottom — once and for all — of the FBI’s role in Epstein’s criminal sex trafficking ring.”

The complaint also alleged the agency “had photographs, videos and interviews and hard evidence of child prostitution and failed to timely investigate and arrest Epstein in deviation from the FBI protocols.”

“The FBI had a non-discretionary obligation, governed by established policies, procedures, rules, and protocols, to handle and investigate tips concerning potential and ongoing underage child erotica, rape, sex with minors, and sex trafficking in a reasonable manner and to act against Epstein and to prevent him from committing repeated crimes,” the lawsuit continued. “Yet contrary to its own established rules, the FBI failed to take appropriate action and botched and covered up investigations for years.”

The United States Department of Justice has so far refused to comment on the lawsuit and the FBI told CBS News that it does not comment on litigation.

Of course, given their track record of allowing Epstein’s crimes to go on for decades, no wonder they are staying quiet – just like they did about Epstein’s crimes.
