Donald Trump burst into laughter when MSNBC made this absurd claim about Liz Cheney

Apr 4, 2024

MSNBC created another controversy after the network fired Ronna Romney McDaniel.

Now they’re trying to spin that decision with disastrous results.

And Donald Trump burst into laughter when MSNBC made this absurd claim about Liz Cheney.

The decision by NBC to fire former Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna Romney McDaniel as a contributor after uproar from the personalities at MSNBC and NBC News exposed the cable news network.

Anyone who didn’t toe the Democrat Party’s line wasn’t welcome on the air.

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough fired back at critics at Fox News who slammed the network’s handling of the fiasco.

MSNBC host lectures Fox News on who the real conservative is

Scarborough used his show, Morning Joe, to launch into a rant about how he was the real conservative after criticism from various Fox News personalities for his role in pushing McDaniel to get fired.

He cited his time as a Republican Congressman representing Florida from 1995 to 2001 to claim that he was conservative.

“So the little idiots over there that say I’m a left winger or something,” Scarborough ranted. “First of all, I’ve got a 95% ACU rating. I’m more conservative than any of them. I was part of Congress, and a big part of the reason if anybody was around, they’ll tell you that we balanced the budget for four years in a row for the first time and the only time in 100 years.”

The American Conservative Union (ACU) puts out a scorecard ranking how conservative members of Congress are based on their voting records.

But Scarborough isn’t fooling anyone by claiming he’s still conservative after he turned into a cheerleader for the Democrat Party on his MSNBC show.

Scarborough claims Liz Cheney is a conservative

He continued to rant with the laughable claim that he and disgraced former Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) and Never-Trump guest George Conway were the real conservatives.

“And so when I say all of this and say, ‘wake up, you’re in a bubble,’ I’m saying it as a conservative,” Scarborough continued. “And these cult members will look at anybody. We’ll look at Liz Cheney, who I think also has a 95% ACU rating, will look at me. We’ll look at George Conway, who liberals hated him most of his life. Well, look at all these other people who gave their lives to the conservative cause that are saying, wake up, wake up, you’re going to lose. This guy’s a huckster.”

Cheney never had a 95% rating from the ACU and finished her last session in Congress with a 54% rating from the group.

Only on MSNBC would anyone make the laughable claim that she’s a conservative.

Scarborough then pivoted to attacking the female hosts on Fox News.

“George. You and I were conservatives and are conservatives, but we were conservatives when some of these women on Fox News who call us liberals, were still playing with their Barbies,” Scarborough ranted. “Of course, Ava Braun edition.”

Joe Scarborough is melting down over MSNBC being exposed as Democrat party hacks masquerading as a cable news network.
