A rock and roll legend found himself accused of a horrific act on a helicopter in 2003 after massive drug use

“Sex, drugs, and rock and roll” has been a saying for decades.

But now those words have a new, and not so flattering, meaning.

That’s because a rock and roll legend found himself accused of a horrific act on a helicopter in 2003 after massive drug use.

Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee was recently accused of sexually assaulting a woman back in 2003.

A hellish helicopter ride

The attack allegedly took place during a raucous helicopter ride from San Diego to Los Angeles.

The details of the case were included in court documents obtained by the entertainment news show, TMZ.

According to those court documents, the woman said she was a friend of the pilot of the helicopter, and that he had invited her to go on a trip with him.

But, the woman claimed, once she arrived on the tarmac, she realized that legendary Motley Crue drummer, and former Pamela Anderson husband Tommy Lee, was already on the helicopter.

Lee and Anderson became infamous for the release of their raunchy and X-rated sex tape.

It is not known whether the woman had known Lee before she climbed into the helicopter with him, but Lee reportedly decided he wanted to know her better it seems.

And she now claims that both Lee and the pilot drank, snorted cocaine, and smoked marijuana during the helicopter trip.

That’s when things took a turn for the worse according to the woman.

The woman said that Lee lunged for her, then grabbed her, and forced her to sit on his lap.

Lee likes to be in control

Lee is known almost as much for his marriage and ultimate divorce from Baywatch star Pamela Anderson in 1998.

Their relationship was well-known to be rocky, and there were multiple rumors that Lee had a tendency to be controlling and domineering.

That seemed to be the case in the alleged attack.

The woman claimed Lee had groped her and kissed her, and that when she tried to slip away, he pulled her back to him.

Lee also allegedly penetrated the woman with his fingers and groped her breasts, according to the court documents.

Then Lee allegedly pulled his pants down and attempted to force the woman’s head into his groin, but she eventually managed to break free.

Then, as if nothing happened, after the helicopter landed in Los Angeles, Lee allegedly hugged her and left.

The woman and pilot then flew back to San Diego following the incident.

She later said she did not go to the police at first because she did not think they would believe her.

Not his first go round

The Daily Mail reported that Lee previously spent time behind bars after being charged with a 1998 spousal abuse felony against Anderson.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department reported at the time that Anderson suffered a broken fingernail on her right hand, a bloody hand, and bruises on her neck from the attack.

Lee was sentenced to 200 hours of community service and to pay a $5,000 fine to the Santa Monica Battered Women’s Association.

The latest allegations have many wondering if there might be other women, and if so, whether or not they will come forward as well.
